Little Sunshine Boutique is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship items within 5-7 business days after an order is placed. The Black Friday rush and other sales may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill a higher volume of orders. 

For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Little Sunshine Boutique is not responsible for any lost merchandise; however we advise you to reach out to our customer service team, they will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package.
